Order Policies
All orders are processed within 24 hours of the order being placed.
You will receive an order confirmation email from the brand itself once the order is processed.
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by contacting our customer service.
Delivery Information
Standard delivery takes 1-14 business days across Egypt.
Discount & Promotion Policies
Important: All 10% discounts are capped at 200EGP per order.
Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions or offers.
Promotional discounts apply to the subtotal before shipping and taxes (if applicable).
Sale items may have additional restrictions and cannot be returned.
We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time.
Brand Verification & Return Responsibility
Verified Brands
For verified brands on our platform, Loom takes full responsibility for ensuring smooth return processes. We guarantee:
- • Hassle-free return processing
- • Direct communication with the brand for resolution
- • Full refund or replacement guarantee
- • Support throughout the entire return process
- • Sale items, undergarments, and personalized items are non-returnable.
- • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging.
- • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
- • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.
Unverified Brands
Important: For orders from unverified brands, Loom is not responsible for return processing or refunds. Customers should:
- • Contact the brand directly for returns and refunds
- • Follow the brand's specific return policies
- • Handle shipping and return costs independently
- • Resolve disputes directly with the brand
Brand verification status is clearly indicated next to each brand
We recommend purchasing from verified brands for the best customer experience and return protection.
