Originally released with Unty's Cairofornication Collection in 2018, this design was inspired by La Grande Odalisque (which means: Harem Women), an oil painting by Jean Auguste Dominique Ingres, dated 1814. This painting represented the artist’s break from Neoclassicism to Exotic Romanticism, as well as the beauty of women of the Orient. We depicted her lying outdoors, in a garden (plants were often used in European paintings as metaphors for virtue and vice). This release features the design on a new colorway, but what makes this specifically rare is that it’s on a t shirt, which we haven’t done since its original release.
